Bo's Method of Abdominal Acupuncture Level 1 Course Content and Registration Info

  Bo's Method of Abdominal Acupuncture (BMAA) is a unique, therapeutic system created by Professor Bo Zhi-yun. It is based upon his discovery of a prenatal channel system and the Shenque Channel System (SCS). The new lineage is the product of more than 40 years of clinical research by Dr. Bo. BMAA integrates Western medicine diagnosis with zangfu pattern identification. It uses manualized point formulas that are disease specific and applied in standardized treatment procedures. These characteristics increase the speed of learning, improve clinical efficacy and enable reproducibility for clinical research. By using light manipulations and shallow insertions of needles with gauges between 0.22 mm and 0.16 mm, it is very safe and virtually painless.
  
  This course will be a basic, practical introduction to Bo's Method of Abdominal Acupuncture for licensed acupuncturists. Under the guided instruction of Paul Ryan, L.Ac., who has worked extensively with Dr. Bo and is the Doctor's only Western apprentice, students will learn the following:
  
  - Basic theory of Bo's Method of Abdominal Acupuncture
  - Treatment application protocol
  - Point formulas for stiff neck, adhesive capsulitis, lateral epicondylitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, cervical spondylosis
  - Evaluation techniques
  
  Bo's Method of Abdominal Acupuncture offers licensed acupuncturists a unique and effective treatment for deficient, chronic, and difficult-to-treat diseases in a way that is well accepted by patients.
